If you are juggling work, home, laundry, cleaning, yard work, and more…it’s time to pause. There is a LOT on your plate and when we don’t have a clear plan on when to tackle certain things, we constantly have it in the back of our mind, feeling like we are falling behind and that in itself is exhausting! Not to mention the additional energy we will need to actually accomplish the task.

Today we are talking about how to create an annual task list. This is a simple list that may seem unnecessary, but it can be a game changer for you. When you get a plan onto paper, your mind can rest better because it’s all taken care of, you don’t have to expend energy just trying to remember what needs to be done, and you have a PLAN.

Grab a paper and pen, and probably a few of your favorite highlighters, because today we are talking about how to create your annual task list!
