Do you know the feeling of multiple thoughts rushing into your head at random times and thinking, “I need to remember that later”? Then we get busy and forget all about it until something triggers our memory, but then we can’t remember what we were supposed to remember!

Our brains can only hold onto so much information and the more we try to keep everything in our minds, the more decision fatigue and overwhelm we start to feel just trying to manage it all in our heads. In order to prevent this from happening, I love using Google Keep as a tool to keep me organized as those thoughts pop up!
